Your first trainingAssessment. I have the player do basic drills like layups, dribbling and shooting. Then I can see what level the player is on.
Training 2-3Start working on the fundamental skills that need to improve the most depending on player/parent desires.
Training 4-10A lot of improvement and gaining confidence in his/her game.
Training 11+Player will start to improve greatly and notice a difference in his/her game
