Your first trainingI would analyze your fundamentals then based of that I would pin point your strengths and weaknesses
Training 2-3We would start working on your weakness and building a foundation.
Training 4-10We would still work on your weaknesses and sharpen your strengths . We would also do more game like workouts.
Training 11+We would make the workouts more intense and test everything we worked on and see how much better you have progressed.
