Beginner training plan
Your first trainingThe first lesson would be to gauge what the level of the trainee is. Based on the first lesson, I will be able to plan the next training. The first training is needed to see what areas need most improvement.
Training 2-3The second and third lesson would focus on the areas that I felt needed most improvement.
Training 4-10If there is innocent in the areas that the trainee needs, then we can move on to more complex and advanced drills.
Training 11+By lesson 11, the goal is that the trainee would be able to perform and execute the prior exercises with ease and less difficulty.
