Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will work on getting a beginner comfortable going under the water as well as working on breath control.
Lesson 2-3Depending on progress from the first lesson, we will work on floating and the beginning of kicking.
Lesson 4-10Following the students progress we will progress to swimming across the pool, learning how to breathe, and any advanced strokes they are interested in.
Lesson 11+We will work on advancing the strokes they have learned throughout the lesson.
