Greetings! With an extensive tennis background from my younger days, I seamlessly transitioned to the world of pickleball, playing passionately 4-5 times a week and achieving a level around 5.0. I've been coaching pickleball even before it rose to its current popularity, backed by my PPR certification. Our sessions will delve deep: from understanding your background to analyzing your swings, from mastering the basic rules to perfecting that volley back and forth. Together, we'll ensure your grip is spot-on, and in the process, uncover and refine your unique play style.

Played up through college at The University of Nevada, Reno before returning to Las Vegas where I worked with my old high school team as an assistant and have harbored many young talents with one on one skill sessions. With 24 years immersed in the world of lacrosse, I foster player growth through skill development and tactical understanding. My passion is to unlock potential, while instilling a love for the game. With specialty training in various aspects of player development, she's earned accolades, including the PTR Arizona Professional Member of the Year Award and a faculty position at the United States Tennis Congress. As a graduate of the USPTA Leadership Academy and holder of multiple degrees, including a Master's in Business Administration, Melissa's commitment to excellence extends beyond sports. As the owner of On Court Adventures, she leads the charge in pickleball coaching, tournaments, corporate team-building workshops, and more, making waves in both sports and professional development realms.

Mark brings extensive experience in pickleball, both recreationally and competitively, as well as a passion for coaching. His love for the sport extends to the competitive challenges it offers and the physical exercise it provides. With a background in basketball, Mark quickly recognized how the skills from basketball—such as hand and foot speed and communication—transfer well into pickleball. His coaching focuses on maintaining an athletic posture, staying on your toes, and embracing a positive, can-do attitude. Currently residing in Mesa, Mark’s enthusiastic, service-oriented approach to coaching makes him a great addition to the TPG team, where he is eager to work with players of all levels and ensure a fun and productive training experience.

Jim or as we call him “Coz” has lived in Arizona for over 40 years. He began his Professional golf career in 1983 and has been teaching for 40+ years. Jim believes his teaching philosophy of learning to swing the club versus attacking the ball will change your game forever. He has perfected the ability to communicate and teach this philosophy with analogies that make sense for the average golfer to better understand the term “less is more”.
