As a former college athlete and a seasoned pickleball coach, I bring a unique blend of experience and passion to the sport. Currently holding a 4.0 rating, I embarked on my pickleball journey in the vibrant courts of Arizona. Now, I'm in the process of obtaining my PPR certification to further my proficiency. In addition to my coaching skills, I am also a dedicated physical therapist, focusing on boosting athletic performance. This unique background allows me to effectively coach pickleball enthusiasts of all levels. I’m a proud graduate of the Campbell University PGA Golf Management (PGM) program, class of 2012, and have been passionate about teaching golf since my high school days, when I started helping my coach run junior camps. I was fortunate to serve as captain of my varsity golf team all four years and earned All-State and All-Section honors as a junior and senior. Golf has always been a big part of my life, but nothing means more to me than family. I’m a down to earth family man, happily married to my amazing wife of 10 years. We’re raising two wonderful kids, a fun-loving 4-year-old son and a sweet 9-month-old daughter along with our energetic chocolate lab.

With 50 years of teaching, I bring a lifetime of golfing wisdom. My professional experience shapes my teaching, tailoring lessons for every skill level. Expect focused guidance, a dash of humor, and real results.

With my experience in being a four year college starting shortstop, being drafted by the Baltimore Orioles, and coaching in college, I believe my knowledge and skills can create a dramatic impact on young players who love the game.
