I am a former D1 tennis player and I’m offering my services as a hitting partner as well as a coach. I played D2 as well and my University was ranked 9 in the nation. Won many singles and doubles tournaments throughout my career. Used to be Top 50. I’ve worked as a student athlete at a D1 school as well. Does not matter if you are a beginner or a professional tennis player, I offer insight for all. All of my current clients are extremely happy as I have helped carve their game significantly. My previous clients include top ranked Junior and Men's players as well as recreational players. Located in San Francisco but can drive around. Joby Ross is a PGA of America Class "A" member and has been a golf instructor for 25 years. He has worked and taught at Burlingame Country Club and Peninsula Golf and Country Club. Joby has been a golf instructor at Mariners Point since 1996. Joby was in charge of the Jim McLean Golf Academy at Mariners Point (Mariners Point Golf Academy) where he worked and trained under Jim McLean. Joby earned Jim McLean Master Instructor status. He has been voted a top 50 instructor in California by Golf Digest, and was also nominated for Teacher of the Year in the Northern California PGA section. Joby's teaching style is consistent with the Jim McLean system, following systematic guidelines and parameters for swing improvement. He believes every golfer is different and his instruction will always fit the student?s needs and goals. Video is included in all lessons. Joby has worked with all skill levels from the novice golfer to the tour professional and has had great success.

I’ve had a passion for competitive golf from an early age, with achievements like winning the Peninsula Country Club Junior Championship in 1999 and holding records at Burlingame Country Club and Harding Park. I was ranked as the No. 1 player on a team with two future U.S. Open competitors and played for the UC Davis golf team in 2001 and 2002.
