Hi there! I'm an experienced volleyball player (Duke University) and coach spanning the last 20 or so years. I love the sport and my passion for volleyball is contagious! I have spent many years fostering a love for the game in others, from beginners to more experienced players (including collegiate D1 players) ranging in age from 9-30. I'm committed to helping student athletes realize not only meaningful volleyball skills development but personal growth too.

My name is Desmond Frempong, and basketball has been my passion for over 30 years, playing through high school and coaching at both youth and high school levels. I've had the privilege of coaching at Ayala High School in Chino Hills and Glendora High School in Glendora. Currently, I am actively involved in youth and high school refereeing, and I also have experience working with youth summer leagues. Elias is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BFA, Musical Theatre), and Johns Hopkins University School of Education with a focus in Mind, Brain, and Teaching. He received his Voice Teacher Certification with Andrew Byrne (The Singing Athlete) and is a longtime student of Julia Davids (author of the book: Vocal Technique).
