Hi there! I’m a ISSA-certified personal trainer, kickboxing instructor, Marine veteran, and lifelong martial artist, who has competed in various styles, including boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. I have also fought in Thailand. My biggest accomplishment was winning my first MMA title in Thailand. Martial arts, including boxing, has changed my life immensely and made me the person I am today. As your trainer/instructor, I want to share the same passion with you by helping you achieve your goals and much more! I've been dancing for over 10 years and it's something I truly love. For the past 1.5 years, I've taken the step to teach professionally, and I've also been performing for the last 3 years. Sharing my passion and skills with others has been a rewarding journey.

I’m certified to teach Pickleball and have taught at Paragon Pickleball, Lafayette Tennis Club, and Roundhill Country Club. With over 4,000 hours dedicated to the sport and a 5.4 DUPR rating from more than 250 matches recorded, I bring extensive experience and expertise to my coaching.
