I am a dedicated and passionate college lacrosse player entering my third year at Lewis and Clark College (NCAA Divison III), with a strong background in playing and mentoring. A former player for Diamond Cut Crew (DCC) and Patrick Henry High School, I bring years 5 years of competitive experience, leadership, and a deep respect for the cultural and Native Roots of the game. I am committed to helping young athletes grow both on and off the field through skill, development, teamwork, and personal confidence.

With over 35 years on the pitch, I've honed a keen ability to unlock potential in soccer players of all levels. With experience coaching middle school through high school level athletes both in group setting and individual one on one session. I blend proven techniques with an engaging approach, fostering both skill and a lifelong love for the beautiful game. My experience and dedication will make you develop in to the athlete you want to be.

As a certified yoga instructor based in the serene landscape of San Diego, I received my 200HR certification in 2022, embarking on a journey to guide individuals towards inner strength and self-discovery. Specializing in power vinyasa, restorative yin, and traditional Bikram classes, I strive to create an environment where students can tap into their potential and uncover hidden reservoirs of strength. I played high-level Division 3 lacrosse at Ohio Wesleyan University, serving as a defenseman and two-year starter. During and after college, I worked extensively with youth players while serving as Lead Event Coordinator for Legends Lacrosse, managing tournaments nationwide. My coaching focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving game awareness, and developing confidence on the field. Every session is tailored to the player’s goals, creating a fun and challenging environment for growth.

I’m a Colombian-born, San Diego–based musician, producer, composer, and educator with over a decade of experience performing, touring, and sharing the transformative power of music. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to play music across the U.S., Europe, and South America—from large festivals and universities to intimate community events and private gatherings. Whether performing solo or leading a full band, my mission has always been to connect through music and support others in their creative growth. As a teacher and coach, I focus on building authentic relationships and adapting each session to the unique goals and energy of my students. I aim to create a grounded, inspiring environment—one that encourages technical growth, creative exploration, and self-confidence. I’ve worked with students of all levels and backgrounds, and I believe learning music should feel meaningful, not mechanical. For fifteen years, I've had the privilege of guiding voices on their musical journeys, sharing the stage as a concert performer myself. Want to learn guitar from someone who’s been at it for 25 years and still loves every minute of it? I’ve been lucky enough to tour the world, play arenas, and write and perform music across a wide range of styles — from Van Halen to Taylor Swift. I also sing, write songs, and play bass, ukulele, piano, and both electric and acoustic guitar. One of my original songs even won “Best Rock Song” at the San Diego Music Awards — something I’m really proud of! But more than anything, I love helping others find their voice on the instrument. With 15 years of teaching experience, I make learning fun, approachable, and tailored to you. Hi! I have been playing guitar for over 11 years and teaching music privately for three. I received my Bachelor’s of Music in Music Education from San Diego State University in 2022, emphasizing in Classical Guitar. I first started taking private lessons myself in elementary school, for piano and voice. Music has always been a part of my life and education, from taking choir to general music courses. I currently teach at two different lesson studios in San Diego, as well as in home private lessons. I have taught both one-on-one and group classes, and have taught students as young as 4 and others well into adulthood. I currently teach beginner and intermediate levels for guitar, piano, ukulele, and bass. I also have experience playing and teaching classical, pop, rock, and folk music. Every lesson is tailored to the individual student’s goals and learning style. However, I like to make sure each student learns all the fundamentals and receives a strong foundation that can be applied to any style or genre they want to learn.This can include rhythm exercises, scales, basic music theory, and more. For example, for guitar this could look like learning the notes on the fretboard or practicing switching between chords in time. I look forward to hearing from you and starting our first lesson!
