I’m 21 years old with 16 years of experience playing lacrosse, including four years of collegiate play at McGill University and a season of Junior B Box Lacrosse. I primarily played Defense and LSM (Long Stick Midfielder) and am comfortable coaching all positions. Before starting any sessions, I like to meet with player and their family to get a sense of their current skill level and specific goals. This helps me tailor each session to focus on what matters most—whether that’s stick skills, positioning, game IQ, footwork, or any other area of the game.
