Hi there! I’m a ISSA-certified personal trainer, kickboxing instructor, Marine veteran, and lifelong martial artist, who has competed in various styles, including boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. I have also fought in Thailand. My biggest accomplishment was winning my first MMA title in Thailand. Martial arts, including boxing, has changed my life immensely and made me the person I am today.
