For over two decades, I've had the privilege of playing the beautiful sport of soccer and sharing my passion with teammates, coaches, and youth players. My coaching blends technical expertise with a focus on fostering a love for the game, ensuring each student reaches their full potential. Throughout my soccer career, I've had the opportunity to play on a C1 and Premier traveling team, was a Varsity starter throughout my 4 years of high school, and played all 4 years at a Division II college. Outside of my traveling, high school, and college team, I also made the Minnesota State and Regional Olympic Development Program team for 5 years. I enjoy coaching and seeing youth players get excited about the sport of soccer. Throughout the years I've coached in a variety of ways whether it was through age group training, team training, private lessons, or coaching traveling teams. Small group training or private lessons are my favorite because it allows me to focus on an individual and give them undivided attention to ensure they are leaving a better player than when we started the session. As a late bloomer, finding the love for basketball again later on in college I’ve played against NBA-level talent and professionals around the states including here at home in Denver. I’m currently active and could continue my professional career but am staying in shape and coaching for now till more opportunities arise. I am a teacher by profession. After teaching science 18 years in South Korea, Mexico City, and Denver, i found pickleball in 2017. I was hooked right away and started filming my tournaments to improve. I achieved my goal of making it to Nationals and have won many medals in Men’s, Mixed, and Singles. For nearly three decades, I've cultivated a passion for golf. Although soccer was my first sport as a child and in college, I realized as a young adult that golf was my true passion. I honed my golf skills with every chance I could and eventually began sharing my expertise with other aspiring players. My personal golf training background includes 2 years of George Gankas Golf Academy and putting lessons from Marcus Potter. In my twenties, I began competing in amateur tournaments, with a notable first place finish in a flighted stroke-play event. In my late 20's I transitioned to work as a turfgrass maintenance intern at Cherry Hills Country Club and assistant superintendent at Colorado Golf Club. This golf course maintenance experience has given me an in-depth knowledge of turfgrass, which helps me provide a specialization in greens reading and understanding of course conditions. I aim to blend technical proficiency with an engaging, enjoyable learning experience. My dedication ensures students not only improve their game but also develop a lifelong love for the sport.

With over 15 years of experience playing drums and a strong passion for teaching, I am excited for the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills with aspiring drummers. Since starting my journey at the age of 14, I have performed original music and honed my craft in various bands, currently playing professionally with Castele and Long/Last, as well as participating in several studio projects. My diverse experience in both live performance and studio recording has equipped me with a well-rounded perspective on music and rhythm. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to learn from great teachers and some of my favorite musicians, including JP Bouvet, Joseph Arrington, Matt Garstka, Adam Tuminaro, Justin Scott, Mike Johnson, and many others. Their methods have greatly influenced my teaching philosophy, which emphasizes improvisational freedom and the expansion of rhythmic vocabulary. I believe that each student has unique needs and learning styles, and I strive to tailor my approach to ensure that everyone feels empowered and inspired to grow as musicians. I can teach all levels from beginners to advanced students. Covering topics such as learning the fundamentals, developing an effective practice routine, approaches to improvisation, exercises for creativity, learning songs, composition, recording techniques, and more! Lessons are offered in studio in Monument, and at home in Colorado Springs. I look forward to working with anyone interested in exploring creativity and building confidence in their drumming abilities.
