I have been playing tennis for the last 20 years. I played in Highschool and in College while coaching for 7 years during that time as well. Since graduating, I have continued to play the sport I love, and now want to help shape the next generation.

Over 20 years of experience training, studying, and teaching in combat sports. I am a certified personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning for boxing. I can am your guide to master the basics, achieve Elite performance, or become that 1% better to set you apart from the best of the best.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and am a former Division 2 Track and Field All-American. My expertise lies in speed and jump training, and I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes at various levels, from high school to collegiate, as well as adults. With a background in football, basketball, and track and field, I understand the importance of tailored training to maximize performance.
