As a former college athlete with 15 years of coaching experience, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of the game to every session. Tennis has been my lifeblood since the age of 4. Growing up, I proudly represented Ukraine on the national junior team, consistently ranking among the top 3 players in my country. My passion and talent led me to compete at the Division 1 collegiate level, playing for a top 50 NCAA team. My college career was marked by both individual and team success, including victories in prize money tournaments and championship titles in the Big South and Sun Belt conferences. Now, I'm eager to share my wealth of experience and inspire others to reach their full potential on the court.

Raised in a family steeped in martial arts, I was first introduced to Kung Fu by my uncle, a student of the legendary "Black Dragon" Ron Van Clief, at the age of 11. My passion for martial arts was reignited under the tutelage of Tracy Tyler, a maestro with an impressive 49 years of experience, and a student of Moses Powell. My journey took me to City Wing Tsun, where I dedicated three years, earning a black shirt in Wing Tsun. Eventually, I found Sifu Zig Short, delving into the William Cheung lineage with an intense focus on the Wooden dummy technique. Today, I carry these diverse experiences into my coaching, enriching the boxing practice of my students.

My love for pickleball stems from its unique blend of strategy, agility, and social interaction. As an experienced player with two years of coaching experience, I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping players of all levels elevate their game in a fun, encouraging environment. Lucas has been playing the game since the age of three and is able to adapt to each and everyone’s individual learning style. With over 40 years of experience and over 10,000 hours of instruction, Lucas has a keen eye to not only diagnose the fault(s) but to offer clear concise solutions and remedies to help any golfer’s level of player improve. It is critical that you practice with a real purpose as time is of the essence and we rarely have the luxury of time to work on our golf game improvement. It’s usually unstructured practice at best which can oftentimes lead to engraining bad habits. Change is often feared especially when we live in such a quick fix click button make it happen world. As in life… there is no quick fix in golf either. You must practice with a purpose and give each practice session structure to develop positive habits to reinforce when you play.

As a professional sailor turned golf enthusiast, I bring a unique perspective to golf coaching. With over a decade of experience coaching sailing and a newfound passion for golf instruction, I offer a dynamic approach tailored to each student's learning style.
