Dylan Bauder is a passionate pickleball coach dedicated to helping players of all skill levels enhance their abilities and confidence on the court. As a USA Pickleball Ambassador for Pasco County, Dylan has competed at the 4.5+ level, bringing a wealth of strategic knowledge and technical expertise to his coaching. His approach focuses on providing personalized feedback in a fun and supportive environment, motivating players to achieve their fullest potential. I am a former professional tennis player with 25 years of playing experience and 10 years of coaching experience. I teach all levels and age groups and I also offer hitting sessions and elite junior training.

I began my journey working at a private PB club where it was part of my job to learn how to play, I was hooked right away. I was inspired by the coaches loving what they did and seeing the players get better as they came off the court from a lesson or clinic. I have been teaching locally at HOA's and within my own community and decided to get my certification in March 2025 so I would be properly registered and insured. The Pickleball Connections Academy was founded by Harris. In 2019 Harris was introduced to Pickleball by a longtime friend Bill, who grew up in Seattle WA and started playing in 1974 with his neighbors who were friends with the founders of pickleball. Since then, he has been certified to teach Pickleball by the PPR and has been teaching for several years. He also previously was a Tennis Pro for the IMG Academy.

With two decades immersed in the world of dance, I bring a wealth of experience from my professional career to my coaching. My goal is to instill technique and foster a lifelong love for dance in each student. I offer personalized guidance to help you achieve your individual dance aspirations.

With a +1.9 handicap and a strong background in collegiate golf, I placed 3rd in the MDJUCO Championship and graduated from the Golf Academy of America. I am a certified instructor with Go Gator Golf, dedicated to helping players improve their skills and achieve their goals on the course. My passion for golf and commitment to instruction drive me to support golfers of all levels in reaching their full potential.

My name is Ethan Williams I’ve been playing competitive golf for over six years, and it’s been a journey filled with growth, grit, and some incredible milestones. In high school, I competed in three state championships and played in numerous AJGA tournaments, where I earned a few major wins that helped shape my competitive edge. Now, as a collegiate golfer, I bring that same drive and experience to my coaching. My goal is to help players of all levels elevate their game—whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your tournament performance. I coach with a focus on fundamentals, course strategy, and the mental side of golf, because I know firsthand how important those elements are to success. I also use a full Swing Kit in my coaching sessions, which gives us access to real-time data like swing speed, launch angle, ball flight, and more. My Philosophy: Simple Swings = Consistent Swings Golf is already hard enough—why make it harder by adding extra moving parts? The fewer variables in your swing, the easier it is to repeat. And repeatability is the name of the game. In fact, “golf” should be Scottish for “repeat”… though we all know it’s probably more like creative insanity. That’s why I use video analysis to capture those sneaky extra movements that creep in and mess with your consistency. When you can see what’s holding you back, it becomes way easier to fix. I specialize in back-row defense and serving, with a coaching style built on repetition and muscle memory. I believe the best defenders are created through consistent, intentional reps and fast-paced drills that mirror real game pressure. My focus is on developing disciplined, confident athletes who read the court well, move efficiently, and approach every ball with purpose.
