With over 30 years of experience in sports, including 17 years as a professional basketball player in Europe (2008–2025). I bring a lifelong passion for the game and a commitment to developing the next generation of athletes. My coaching philosophy is rooted in fundamentals: skill development, speed, agility, teamwork, and cultivating a true appreciation for the sport. Competing internationally exposed me to high-level training and diverse basketball cultures, lessons I now share with my athletes. As a retired athlete, I’m excited to shift my focus to mentoring players of all ages from children just discovering the game to teenagers refining their skills, and even adults seeking athletic training. Whether you’re brand-new to basketball, unsure where to start, or simply eager to grow, I’m here to guide both athletes and parents through the journey. Dave brings 30 years of experience as both a competitor and instructor, dedicated to offering top-tier golf instruction. A Class A PGA member since 1993, he has taught at prestigious clubs such as Canterbury Golf Club, Emerald Dunes, PGA National, and President Country Club. His competitive achievements include winning the 1980 Palm Beach County Amateur Championship and the 1981 Florida State Amateur Championship, and he also competed on the PGA Tour and various mini-tours. A former member of the University of North Carolina golf team, Dave has completed over 100 hours of PGA education, specializing in swing analysis and club fitting. Currently, he coordinates the Abacoa Junior Golf Clinics and coaches the Abacoa Boys and Girls PGA Junior League Teams. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced golfer, Dave is committed to tailoring a program to meet your goals and elevate your game.

Audrey is a fitness model and professional figure skater with over 20 years of personal training experience. A Basketball Hall of Fame Inductee and MVP of Track, Cross Country, and Volleyball. She also has an extensive background in tennis, pickleball, skiing, snowboarding, water skiing, tap dancing and ballet. Her diverse athletic experience allows her to bring elite-level training, precision, and motivation to every session. Audrey is passionate about helping clients push past limits, build strength, and achieve lasting results through a disciplined and inspiring approach.

I am a former All State high school player from Maine. I’ve been coaching soccer my entire adult life in both a volunteer and paid capacity. I spent the last seven years coaching at Martin County high school (3 year JV record of around 30 wins, 12 draws, 3 losses), and then I started and developed the program at tradition prep high school. Over three years I oversaw a tradition prep program grow from nothing to one of the largest programs in the school. Now I am looking to continue coaching and being part of the game I love without the difficult requirements of student-athletes. I have always had an effective relationship with my players and been able to get the most out of any dedicated players. I own a full set of training equipment, balls, water jugs, and pretty much anything we will need.
