I was certified as a Krav Maga instructor over the past 2 years and as a yoga and kickboxing instructor over the last few months. I am excited and eager to share these with people as I know once they practice and enjoy, not only will they be fit but love these arts as much as I do

I played college tennis and competed in junior ITF events, which gave me a strong understanding of the technical, physical, and mental sides of the game. Mitch specializes in training defensive backs, focusing on technique, football IQ, and position-specific drills to elevate game performance. He has helped countless players improve footwork, reaction time, and game awareness, preparing them for success on and off the field. Passionate about mentoring young athletes, Coach Mitch combines elite-level experience with a personalized, disciplined approach to help players reach their full potential.
