Hi there! I’m Aj Juarez, a 21-year-old softball coach with 13 years of experience in the sport. I started playing at a young age and quickly developed a deep passion for the game. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience playing on A-level travel ball teams, being a 4-year varsity starter, and playing college softball. Throughout my playing career, I’ve honed my skills in all aspects of the game, from strategy to technique. I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best coaches and players, and I now bring that knowledge to my coaching. My experience playing at a high level allows me to understand the mental and physical demands of the sport and how to help players succeed at every level. As a coach, I’m committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where athletes can thrive, both individually and as part of a team. I focus on building confidence, discipline, and teamwork, while always challenging players to improve and reach their full potential. I have several certifications, including adult development and 10 and under Tennis for youth. I am a director of women’s and adult tennis at Eola tennis Academy. I have coached several USTA teams and NITTL teams to championships. I also specialize in results helping students improve technique adding comprehensive strategies to improve their overall game. I have quite an extensive record for helping high school students find a place on there high school varsity teams and more.
