I played basketball and football both in High School & College. After College I decided to transition into Fitness. I fell in love immediately after losing over 60 pounds I wanted to share my journey and knowledge with others that want to do the same. I have provided individual pickleball instruction and group clinics to novice and experienced players from teens to seniors. My approach is to get players playing as soon as possible. Once the fundamentals are introduced I find it best to allow the players to find their own comfort level and develop confidence by playing the game.

For over 15 years, I've shared my tennis passion with students of all levels. My experience as a seasoned player allows me to provide effective strategies. I aim to create an enjoyable and skill-enhancing learning experience.

Brendan began helping golfers develop their games while he was the assistant golf coach at Colorado College for two years while teaching chemistry there. He turned professional in 2000 and played on the Hooters, Tear Drop, and Moonlight mini tours for two and half years. Brendan has worked at Olney Golf Park for more than six years and has been an assistant professional for the last four. As an amateur golfer he played for and captained his high school and college teams, and was selected as a member of the Division III All-Coaches Team as a collegiate player.


Sumayah Arcusa, PGA, is a certified PGA Golf Instructor at The Lab 301 located in Bowie, Maryland. She is a native of Bowie, Maryland, and was raised in Prince George's County. She received her degree in PGA Golf Management and played collegiate golf. Sumayah’s students mainly consist of women and juniors, but her lesson books are open to all. She looks forward to helping you achieve your golf goals!
