For over 20 years, I've fostered a love of football in athletes of all levels. I spent more than half of that time as a player including on the collegiate level. Ive been blessed with the opportunity to coach the game I love for the past 8 years. My coaching philosophy blends skill development with strategic thinking and a supportive environment. With over 13 years of football experience, including four years as a Division I starter, I bring a deep understanding of high-level competition, discipline, and technique to player development. Specializing in defensive backs I’m passionate about helping athletes maximize their potential through refined fundamentals, mental preparation, and game intelligence.

My playing style is unorthodox, but it works. I prioritize strength training, speed training, and explosiveness in order to be able to optimize my playing style on the court. Over the past ten years, my tennis journey has been a testament to perseverance and dedication. Starting in high school, I climbed from bottom of JV to become Varsity Captain, mastering both singles and doubles play. This passion eventually led me to Club Tennis at Penn State University, and pursue my passion of playing / teaching tennis.

I began playing tennis before I could walk. By age 11 I competed year-round in the Texas Junior Circuit. From age 9 to 13 I was coached by the greats John Wilkerson and Edgar Arnold and was on track to begin competing nationally by age 14. I have competed in tennis, football, and baseball at the collegiate, and professional levels for the majority of my life.

I played basketball and football both in High School & College. After College I decided to transition into Fitness. I fell in love immediately after losing over 60 pounds I wanted to share my journey and knowledge with others that want to do the same.
