I have had fews teachers but I was more sucsseful learning it on my own. Sitting at a +2 HC i have seen many different swings and all can find a way to work. Hi! My name is Jaeda, I currently play Division 1 lacrosse at The University of Detroit Mercy. I have been coaching youth lacrosse for 4+ years and have such a passion for coaching!

I am a passionate soccer trainer with a wealth of experience both on and off the field. As a former Division 1 player at Grand Canyon University, I have honed my skills through a successful career that includes winning a national title at the club level, multiple conference titles at the collegiate level, and serving as the captain of Arizona ODP. I’ve also gained international experience playing in Italy, as well as competing across the United States. With a deep love for the game and a commitment to helping future generations of players succeed, I am dedicated to sharing the knowledge and insights learned throughout my playing career.
