Jeffrey Duval has been teaching yoga in NYC since 2001 and is a senior teacher and teacher training at Sonic Yoga since 2005. Jeffrey has his MFA in Dance and is a former professional dancer with over 1000 hours of certification hours in yoga training. Jeffrey can teach a variety of yoga classes including Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Astanga , Yoga Therapy, Senior Yoga and Chair Yoga.
