Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. I do believe in strong accountability that leads to a great workout. No workout will be dull. You will also have first access to my 66 day Fitness Challenge that will give you sustainable results and sustainable mindset.

I am a PGA specialized professional in Teaching & Coaching and board certified sport psychology consultant. I have been a PGA of America member since 2011 and teaching for close to 10 years. I have worked at many upscale clubs in the Met section at such roles as shop assistant, assistant and teaching professional. I have played in local PGA sanctioned events and am working to be certified as Golf fitness trainer by National Academy of Sport Medicine. I have the ultimate goal within a couple years of achieving the status of Master PGA golf professional in Teaching & Coaching. I also have developed a benchmark for sport psychology based on Individual Zone of Optimal Functioning for a golfer to obtain their ideal zone

For over 10 years I’ve had the privilege of both playing and coaching. Specifically in the area of offensive and defensive line, with the past 4 years focused in coaching all areas of offensive play. I am dedicated to assisting players reach their full potential on the field, as well as bring to them the concept that what we learn through sports, can be translated to life outside of it. i.e. hard work and facing adversity.

Driven by a lifelong passion for basketball, I've spent the last 22 years playing basketball and was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship. With over 20 years of experience as both a player and coach, I specialize in developing young athletes through focused training in ball handling, conditioning, and overall basketball IQ. I work with players ranging from ages 6 through high school, helping them build a strong foundation, sharpen their skills, and grow their confidence on and off the court. I played college basketball at Durham College and have further developed my training expertise through hands-on experience with Delson Training in New Jersey—one of the top programs for elite player development. My approach is simple: I love the game and I love helping kids get better. I’m easygoing, positive, and passionate—but I also push players to work hard, stay disciplined, and maximize their potential. Whether your child is just starting out or aiming for the next level, my goal is to guide them through that journey—step by step—with energy, focus, and fun.
