Coach Jhamir White is a former NCAA Division II National Champion and standout guard at Richard Bland College and Virginia State University who has transformed his passion for basketball into developing the next generation of athletes. With experience coaching AAU programs, high school teams, and leading elite skills training sessions, he is recognized for his ability to mentor, motivate, and push players to reach their fullest potential on and off the court. Through his program, P.H.E.A.R.D. (Push Humbly Every Day After Removing Doubt), Coach White combines high-level basketball instruction with character development, emphasizing discipline, confidence, and resilience as the foundation for long-term success.

With 16 years of experience in volleyball, I now dedicate my career fully to coaching athletes at a professional level. My background as a long-time player gives me a unique perspective on the technical, tactical, and mental demands of the game internationally.
