Jeffrey Duval has been teaching yoga in NYC since 2001 and is a senior teacher and teacher training at Sonic Yoga since 2005. Jeffrey has his MFA in Dance and is a former professional dancer with over 1000 hours of certification hours in yoga training. Jeffrey can teach a variety of yoga classes including Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Astanga , Yoga Therapy, Senior Yoga and Chair Yoga.

My artistic journey has led me to choreograph and collaborate with globally renowned artists such as Rihanna, Shaggy, Keisza, and Joey Bada$$, gracing international stages with my performances. Over the span of 8 years, I have passionately imparted my dance expertise, specializing in various styles, to eager students looking to evolve in their dance journeys.

Former University of Miami Division One Football Player with an MBA from Baruch College. Over 15 years in amateur boxing and competitive track and field. Created a training approach focused on strength, endurance, and mental fortitude. 6+ years of experience in personal training and group fitness. Contributed to launching a diverse fitness facility in Kuwait. Currently teaching boxing in NYC after-school programs for youth with disciplinary issues.

Fifteen years ago, I picked up a blues guitar at a local shop in Metro Detroit—and haven't stopped playing since. In 2018, I enrolled at the University of Michigan’s School of Music, Theatre & Dance to study guitar and music production, building a strong foundation in both performance and creative technology. Over the past two years, I’ve worked at the intersection of music, media, and brand experience—interning at Relix Magazine and managing the New York City showroom for D’Angelico Guitars, where I supported artists and strengthened community relationships. Today, I split my time between performing and producing. I play guitar in Dallas Wax, release electronic music as WINSKI, and continue to write, record, and perform across the U.S.

Louis Mitten is a Brooklyn-based classical guitarist and composer. Born in Tampa, Florida, Louis began playing guitar when he was eight, performing pop and rock songs around the local Tampa Bay area. Louis went to Blake High School to study classical guitar with John Parris performing solo and chamber recitals. He then went to Florida State University to complete his degree in guitar performance with Bruce Holzman and Celso Cano, teaching, performing and studying guitar pedagogy. Louis is now located in Brooklyn, performing and teaching throughout New York City and competing internationally in classical guitar competitions.

Hi, I’m Nicholas. I play and teach fingerstyle guitar. Some say it’s the most challenging method of playing the instrument, but I say it’s the most worth learning. I can learn songs quickly, so if there’s a song you’d like to know, I could teach that, too. My goal is to teach aspiring guitar players the ability to sound how they’d want to sound on the instrument.
