We work on more than just the physical aspect of the game. We concentrate on the mental as well. I send coach a copy of my game if he can't make it to the games so we can review the pros and cons. Michael is a Division 1 Wrestler at Hofstra University, competing at 149 pounds, and was the National Collegiate Open runner-up. He holds a Masters in Sports Science and brings a deep understanding of athletic performance to his training.

My father was also a Division 1 baseball player and even worked for the New York Mets, instilling in me a deep love for the game from a young age. I'm passionate about honing my skills on the field and contributing to my team's success.
