I've had a strong football journey that started in junior high and continued through college. I've coached at various high schools, including Bayside, Midwood, Kennedy, and Wyandanch, facing challenges head-on and achieving successes, including championship wins. I'm currently coaching my son at Valley Stream Central High School and remain dedicated to the sport and youth development.

With over 13 years of experience on the field, I'm dedicated to fostering skill and passion in football. I aim to provide a fun, yet disciplined, learning environment. I'll help you achieve your athletic goals with proven coaching strategies.

Dance has been my lifelong passion and profession. With 15 years of professional dance experience under my belt, I've dedicated the last 3 years to teaching this art form. Comfortable with many dance forms including Ballroom / Partner. It's a true blessing to be able to share my love for dance with others. Whether you're a beginner taking your first steps or someone looking to refine your skills, I'm here to guide you on your dance journey. Let's move, express, and create together!

With a lifelong love for sports and a deep passion for teaching and coaching basketball, I've been making a positive impact on the court. My coaching journey includes two seasons of coaching Varsity basketball, as well as CYO and AAU basketball. I also conduct youth sports training. After my pro career I opened KayoBoxing and I have been coaching now for 21years. Now I take pride in providing a venue for novice amateurs to showcase their talents and perfect their talents. We train ALL Levels.

We work on more than just the physical aspect of the game. We concentrate on the mental as well. I send coach a copy of my game if he can't make it to the games so we can review the pros and cons.
