I’ve been a violin teacher in New York for 25 years and run the Rockland School of Violin in Rockland County. Specializing in Western classical music, I provide students with comprehensive ear training, sight reading, and music theory lessons. I also prepare students for NYSSMA and support school orchestras. My students always enjoy coming to lessons, and their eagerness to learn makes teaching incredibly rewarding.

I’ve played soccer for a young age of 5 until high school, that’s when football became a love of mine from high school through College, basketball as a youth for 2-3 years, & I’ve been heavily involved in boxing for the last 5 going on 6 years. Since finding my desire to help others improve I would host workouts for football players in my free time at my local field working with all different experience levels. During the summer of 2017 I volunteered as a youth football coach for the Bridgeport Chargers for the age group 9-12 putting kids through drills, full workouts, teaching them how to improve at their skills positions which lead me into the field of peak performance training. Having trained a few kids & pre-teens in boxing giving them specific easy to grasp directions to build the confidence that it take to learn the skill of self defense. My goal has been to making exercise, sports, & learning simultaneously fun.

I’m a dedicated and energetic coach with a passion for helping kids discover the joy of sports and physical activity. Currently a Physical Education teacher at Southport School, I bring patience, encouragement, and fun to every session. My specialties include basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and golf, but I’m open to coaching kids in any sport they’re eager to learn. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to sharpen their skills, I focus on building confidence, teamwork, and a love for staying active. From one-on-one lessons to small group clinics, I tailor each session to match your child’s age, ability, and goals — making learning sports both engaging and rewarding.

I am a guitarist with over a decade of playing experience and five years of teaching under my belt. It’s always good to have something keep you grounded and for me it was guitar, and what better? At the end of the day guitar is the COOLEST. A Berklee attendee and Emerson graduate in sound engineering, my gig experience ranges from small venues to auditoriums. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player stuck playing the same old things, I'm here to help you find your way out and get back on track. It all starts from the fretboard and together we’ll learn how to navigate your scales, chords and technique. I believe in making the learning journey enjoyable.
