With over 25 years dedicated to lacrosse, I foster growth through skill-building and strategic thinking. I was the head coach of a Boys Lacrosse program in Wilmington, NC and am currently the head coach of a High School mens team in Raleigh, NC. I have been conducting private lessons for the past five years for players of all skill levels and ages.

Went to college to for lacrosse. Played 4 years at Meredith college and became a team Captian my senior year. Graduated with an exercise sport science degree in 2024. I am currently a coach for club 91 working with class 2034’s, I have been with them 2 years now!

Hello! I’ve trained in jazz, Hip Hop (multiple styles within), modern, and ballet for 12 years. Dancing has always been easy for me to express myself, and I want to give others that same opportunity. Mental and physical health are crucial aspects I like to integrate into dancing. Since having a little one, I look forward to raising him with a great sense of cultural awareness around different styles of dance and including him in my daily life of teaching and giving examples of what community can bring people.

I was ranked a three star athlete coming out of High school in the state of Florida. Top 100 WR's in the state of Florida, year 2016. I attended and graduated from The University of South Florida in 2020. Then went on to sign with the Denver Broncos as a undrafted free agent in 2021. Then decided to take my talents to the CFL game in Canada. 2022-2025 I played with the Calgary Stampeders. I've played this game for a long time and have seen the best at every level. Confident enough to say that I was once in the top 1% of the world to do my job, catching passes from NFL quarterbacks. Humble enough to know that I also had to outwork a lot of those guys because hardworking beats talent. I wasn't always the most gifted, but I knew that none of them could outwork me. My drive was different. My purpose was bigger. Now I am at a point in my life where my purpose is giving knowledge to the young man or woman that wants to soak up the game. I'm here to help and guide the next great generation of ball players!
