For over a decade, I've fostered a love of soccer in players of all levels. My experience shapes personalized training that emphasizes both skill and sportsmanship. Join me to unlock your full potential on the field. I am currently the goalkeeper at Carolina Christian College in Winston Salem, NC. We compete in the NCCAA Division 2.

With a tour pro background, I bring extensive experience to my coaching. For six years, I've honed the skills of golfers, tailoring my approach to help them achieve their personal best on the green. I focus on creating a fun and effective learning environment.

My mother made me start playing violin at 3 years old. I started traditionally learning Suzuki in Buffalo, NY. I took ownership of the instrument in at 12 years old practicing after school and for cultural events. I have always taught musicians that were less skilled and would lead by example to further their understanding. With 30 years of experience, I guide students to find their own voice through the instrument. I tailor lessons to individual needs, fostering both technical mastery and a lifelong love of music.

With over 17 years of experience in the sport, throughout the collegiate level of swimming, I'm dedicated to fostering a lifelong love for swimming. I refine technique and build confidence, ensuring a fun, yet disciplined, learning environment for all skill levels. My passion is helping swimmers reach their full potential.

After captaining two separate college teams (NJCAA and NCAA DII), coach Cody spent a small stint playing in USL2 team Tobacco Road FC. He coached college soccer (NCAA DIII) where in his two seasons won a Conference Championship (USA South) before coaching in the NCAA tournament. Shortly after he spent time at Wake Futbol Club (Wake FC) as a Director of Coaching overseeing 40 teams per season. During that time he also coached 3 of his own teams each season.

Lionel brings a wealth of experience as both a former professional football player and a seasoned coach across multiple sports. A standout Defensive Back at Northern Illinois University, he served as Team Co-Captain, earned All-MAC honors, and was awarded MVP at the 2004 Silicon Valley Classic Bowl. Following college, he played as a free agent for the Cleveland Browns and with the Montreal Alouettes. Transitioning to coaching, Lionel spent several years guiding youth athletes as a basketball, track, and junior peewee football coach, and served as a coach for the Georgia Gridiron Classic from 2014-2017. He is passionate about instilling discipline, teamwork, and resilience in young athletes.
