As well as college summer league experience working with all levels of athletes from d1 to juco. My approach blends proven techniques with personalized coaching to help each player reach their full potential.

A standout Defensive Back at Northern Illinois University, he served as Team Co-Captain, earned All-MAC honors, and was awarded MVP at the 2004 Silicon Valley Classic Bowl. Following college, he played as a free agent for the Cleveland Browns and with the Montreal Alouettes. Transitioning to coaching, Lionel spent several years guiding youth athletes as a basketball, track, and junior peewee football coach, and served as a coach for the Georgia Gridiron Classic from 2014-2017. He is passionate about instilling discipline, teamwork, and resilience in young athletes.
