I have played piano for 40 years professionally. I attended Berklee College of Music in Boston in 2000. I have been teaching privately for 3 years. I am able to help develop the skills of an aspiring musician with reading, ear training, and theory.

In March of 2023, Gruindelingh was hired as an associate head coach at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla., where he worked to plan, organize and implement high quality lessons, clinics, camps and other tennis programs. He also worked directly with the Director of Racquet Sports and other head professionals to identify areas of growth and options for increased revenue for the national training center. A four-year letterwinner at the University of South Alabama, Gruindelingh compiled a 60-50 overall singles record during his tenure, including a 44-37 mark in dual matches. He was a two-time All-Sun Belt Conference honoree in doubles, earning second team honors with Manuel Belda in 2014 and first team accolades with fellow Duke assistant coach Daniel Leitner a year later. His partnership with Leitner resulted in a 12-3 mark at No. 1 and a 17-5 record overall. Gruindelingh went 4-4 at No. 1 with Belda and posted a 15-8 overall doubles record. Gruindelingh graduated from South Alabama with his bachelor’s degree in business management in 2017, before going back to earn his master’s degree in health education in 2019.
