Having played Division 1 football at the University of Oklahoma, I've learned from the best coaches in the world and cultivated a passion for football in aspiring athletes. My coaching emphasizes skill development and strategic thinking. I strive to foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all my students.

I've spent the last five years fostering a love for Ultimate in new players. My coaching style blends technical expertise with a fun, supportive approach to help you reach your full potential. From Technical to Improvement on and off the field. I want to help those players new and experienced to help bring them to their goals of playing Ultimate. I also want to expand the horizon of what ultimate frisbee is within the OKC metro area.

I am a 33 year old mom of two! I was certified as a Water Safety and Survival Instructor shortly after a family tragedy propelled me into this field. Child drownings happen too often and it’s a tragedy I want no one to bare. It’s my goal to teach as many children as I possibly can to be safe in the water environment and prevent pediatric drownings. Lessons are taught privately 1:1 at the comfort of your own home. I travel to you!
