I'm dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for growth in athletes both on and off the court. I want to build confidence in skills and help athletes reach their full potential.

With 8 years of basketball experience, I am a former state champion and current NCAA Division I athlete who brings a winning mentality and elite-level experience to every training session. As a key player on the 2022 state championship team, I know what it takes to perform under pressure and lead a team to victory. Now competing at the NCAA Division I level, I offer athletes a firsthand look into the skills, mindset, and work ethic required to succeed at the next level. I am a classically trained flutist with a music degree and years of ensemble and solo performance experience, including international performances and competitions. I have played at an advanced level through classical music school and college, and I currently teach flute to beginners and intermediate students. I focus on technical correctness as well as musicality, helping students build a strong foundation while also finding their own musical voice. I am very clear in my demonstrations, often using evocative language and singing melodies to help students shape phrasing, tone, and expression in a natural, intuitive way.
