I am an IPTPA Certified Pickleball Instructor in the Greater Philadelphia area. Pickleball is a very unique sport that is growing all over the country. My goal is to teach students at all levels the fundamentals of the game, as well as, what techniques they can use to reach higher levels of play. I am a 4.5 rated player with a background in tennis, paddle tennis, and other racquet sports. Looking forward to helping people learn the game and enhance their skills!

Coach Bio: With over 17 years of playing experience on both the national and international pro circuits, I bring a wealth of competitive knowledge and passion to the court. I proudly represented my country for 7 years on the Davis Cup team, consistently ranked as National No. 2 in singles and doubles for many years. As a coach, I specialize in developing players of all levels—from beginners to advanced juniors. My approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, teaching the right technique, and helping each child maximize their potential through a personalized and motivating coaching style. Whether your child is picking up a racquet for the first time or preparing for high-level competition, I’m committed to helping them succeed and enjoy the journey.

For two decades, I've had the privilege of sharing my passion for soccer with aspiring athletes. My coaching philosophy centers on fostering a positive learning environment where players can develop their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential on and off the field.

I've been hooked on the thrill of pickleball for the past year and a half. With a background in tennis from my high school days, I've seamlessly transitioned my love for racquet sports to the pickleball court. Having played in tournaments and regularly honing my skills at multiple locations, I recently dipped my toes into teaching as a guest instructor at the Phoenixville Rec Center. The experience left me eager to share my knowledge and passion with more players. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the ropes or an intermediate player aiming to refine your techniques, I'm here to guide you on your pickleball journey. I’m a certified golf instructor with GLE in conjunction with the David Leadbetter golf Academy. And have over 50 years experience working with players at all levels During our first session, we will talk about your goals and aspirations. Regardless your level of play, we will cover the basics, grip set up posture and the 11 key fundamentals of the golf swing. Once I observe your swing, I will make recommendations to cure any faults and provide you drills to work on, on your own time. Moving forward in subsequent sessions we will endeavor to go over the complete game and get into shot shaping, the long game, short game, pitching chipping bunker play and putting. All of my lessons will be conducted using a flight scope launch monitor with pro-package and face impact, data and video analysis will be provided. My musical journey began at the age of 14 when I joined the music conservatory in Brasilia, Brazil. Later, I went to college for music education and moved to the US to study Jazz Performance at the University of Louisville. Having studied classical, jazz, Brazilian, pop, rock, country, and blues guitar over the years, I'm confident in teaching most styles.
