I have been a coach for 20 years, working with both young children and adults across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, including competition-level athletes. My extensive experience has allowed me to develop tailored coaching strategies that cater to each player's unique needs and goals. I’m passionate about fostering skill development and building confidence in my players, whether they’re just starting out or striving for competitive success. I started playing tennis back in 1996. I used to belong to the Paxton Tennis & Fitness Club in Paxton, MA from 2000 to 2003. I used to play in the 2.0- or 2.5-men’s league. I played a few tournaments in Paxton and a few doubles matches in Massachusetts. From 2004 to 2009 I played in California. In 2009 I moved back to Worcester, Massachusetts. From 2010 until 2015 I played on the Lake Ave. Tennis Courts in Worcester, MA. In 2015 I rejoined again the Paxton Tennis & Fitness Club. From 2016 until 2019 I played in a 3.5 men's leagues in the Y-Greendale, MA. I also had a contract with the Paxton & Tennis fitness Club on Sunday mornings. In the winter I played in several men's leagues. A few unpleasant things occurred recently, the Y-Greendale and the Paxton & Tennis fitness Club no longer offers tennis; so, now I am forced to play tennis outside of Worcester, Massachusetts. In 2021 I played only one tennis tournament. In 2022 I did not play only any tournaments. In 2023 I played in a couple of tournaments. The first tournament was a level 4 open tournament in October 2023. I was stunned by the level of tennis those guys were playing. The second tournament I played in November I did better. In 2024 I signed up for another tournament, but I did not show up due to a work conflict. That hurt because I was so looking forward to playing in another tournament. In winter of 2024 I decided to take a year off from coaching and work on my game. I believe that coaching really harnesses the passion for playing. I was dying to play more tournaments. Coming back to play in 2025 was very tough at first. I felt like my reflexes of the playing ability were gone. I couldn’t see the ball; I felt very slow with my footwork. I still believe that I have a lot of work to do; however, I am really enjoying playing in tournaments.

Jose has years of experience working with players ranging from beginner to professional skill levels. Passionate about sharing his knowledge, Jose is dedicated to helping players improve and reach their potential.

I’ve been playing basketball since I was four I am 26 now I have played over seasons, Spain and Germany and I have been a coach for three years.

Jim has taught golf all over the country and has spent the past 20 years as GM/Director of Golf for Red Tail Golf Course. He's been a PGA member for 47 years. Pavlik is the former general manager/director of golf at Red Tail Golf Club in Devens, Massachusetts, voted one of the Best Public courses in Boston in 2013 as well as one of the Top 50 Golf Courses in America by Gold World magazine. He served as PGA Teaching Pro at Lake Toxaway Country Club, North Carolina, in the late 1990s. Pavlik has been affiliated with golf clubs at PGA Golf Club, Port St. Lucie, Florida, owner and general manager of Cassadaga Lakes Country Club, Cassadaga, New York, as well as clubs in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Over his golf career, he’s been a writer for National PGA Magazine (Philadelphia section), former Board of Director for Philadelphia PGA Section, Junior Golf Promoter of the Year Award by Golf Digest, along with several golf merchandisers of the year awards.

"My kids Nyla and Ben work with Coach Matt on a weekly basis every Sunday during the season. When we drive into the club we are always excited to see what he has set up for the kids. Whether it’s a customs putt putt course, a long drive competition with markers and top tracer, or “break stuff day” where he sets up fun breakable or knockdown-able targets the kids can hit at. He will even take things a bit further and go out there in himself and challenge the kids to try and hit him! We truly enjoy Coach Matt and his teaching technique, the kids can’t get enough of him!

With more than 15 years of experience playing and learning volleyball, my journey includes training Olympians and professionals to players that have just started. I'm here to consolidate the vast amounts of information I have and use my creative storytelling skills to explain different concepts in engaging and fun ways.
