I’ve played volleyball since middle school and i’ve been through many different coaches and techniques and i’ve always learned what’s best for me and had a coach that helped me through a lot. I want to be that for someone who is just starting their journey. I’ve loved volleyball since 6th grade and I didn’t start very good, but I had persistence and I accomplished many goals and I did get very good at volleyball. It did take a lot of determination, but what I know is most important is not just the training , but the mentality. If I was allowed to be a coach, I would teach my players that as their coach not only am I here to grow as a player but as a person. If I were to coach a young group. I would start by teaching them building your skills it’s important, but so is messing up, messing up is what makes us who we are and teaches us to not beat ourselves up over a mistake in a sport we feel passionate about. I’ve learned many techniques. I was an outside hitter, but I also did play as a DS therefore, I know to teach diving the correct way, 3-step approaches, 4-step approaches, the correct way to swing at a ball, timing, reading a hitter, etc. I do think it’s important to incorporate it into gameplay after learning, if you didn’t I feel it’s harder to learn without. Golf has been my passion since childhood, and I've dedicated my life to sharing that love with others. I've coached high school teams, taught my own children, and helped countless individuals discover the joy of golf. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing my clients progress and achieve their goals on the course.

I first took up golf because of my uncle, who was an avid golfer. He would occasionally take my father and I to the driving range. I really did not understand the game then. But, as I got older, I started seeing golf as more than a sport. First, I enjoyed being outdoors and I got to make new friends. But, more importantly, it taught me a lot about myself as well as some important things in life. Such as, it taught me about honesty, integrity, sportsmanship and of course a lot about my inner self. As a matter of fact, I fell in love with the game. So much so, that I became a golf professional and now an instructor. I love to help others and what a better way then by teaching the game that I have fallen in love with to new golfers. I am the best because of my personality and my mentality. I always believe that you can accomplish anything. As a golf instructor, I am going to help a new golfer by applying the knowledge and skills that have made me the best. I will show them everything that this beautiful sport has to offer. But more importantly, I will stay engaged with my students. Whether it’s through clinics, playing a round of golf with them or just practicing with them. I will do all I can to insure that they fall in love with golf. The experience from my lessons will be exciting and will be filled with fun and laughter. Of course, there will be goals expected from the student, but those goals will no way be intimidating. The main goal is to supply my students with the tools necessary for them to make golf a part of their life. Such as I did. But, golf has become more than just a part of my life. It’s become a passion.

Tommy was elected to PGA Membership in 2015, and has worked at a variety of highly recognized facilities throughout his career including TPC at Eagle Trace in Coral Springs, Florida and Briggs Ranch Golf Club in San Antonio, Texas. Tommy is now the Head Professional at The Golf Club of Texas, where he has been since 2023.

Fueled by a lifelong love for the game, I've dedicated 6 years to sharing my tennis expertise. As an experienced player myself, I provide tailored coaching, blending skill development with a fun, engaging approach for all levels.

I used to be a professional baseball player, representing Puerto Rico internationally in Little League until I was 13. At 15, I played with the Montreal Expos in Palm Beach, Florida, and later earned a scholarship to King College in Bristol, TN, where I played NCAA and NAIA for four years. In addition to my athletic background, I’ve gained diverse experience working for companies like Hewlett Packard, Allergan, and Toyota in various roles, from QA inspector to EHS coordinator. I’m also an entrepreneur in the tourism sector as a tour guide operator, and I’m proud to share that I’ve been cancer-free for three years now!

I grew up playing tennis/ping pong and love most all racquet sports so naturally I fell in love with Pickleball. I have played competitively for the past 3 years and play at the 5.0+ level. I have put many hours into analyzing the sport and adapting as it evolves everyday. I have a ton of knowledge and I would love to share it with you!
