I've coached teams for the last 7 years, 9U-16U, and have also started/ran a baseball organization. My attention to detail and understanding what it takes to be successful on the field are top tier. I'm comfortable with athletes of any age and skill level. Finding a way to communicate what I need done is something that comes naturally to me.
