As a seasoned concert performer and an independent gospel recording artist with over 25 years of vocal instruction, I tailor lessons to each student's unique potential. I cultivate confident and expressive singers. I strive to instill a lifelong love for music!

I have a Bachelor's degree in Music and have put this experience to use playing in a church band and a local country band. I've taught piano (and voice) for several years now, and am happy to be working with Funkytown Music Academy.

I started playing at 4 years old, went on to pitch 4 years of college baseball; 2 years at Paris Junior College in Paris, TX, a year at Marshall University in West Virginia, then my senior year at Tarleton State University. After playing, I started coaching at Centennial High School in Burleson, TX. I coached there for 6 years before leaving to explore other career opportunities due to a growing family. I also have quite a bit of softball knowledge, my sister played four years of college softball at Tarleton State University. My wife played Division 1 softball. She is the also the head softball coach at Centennial High School, the school where I coached.

I help each individual player become the best at controlling the ball, enhancing their 1v1 abilities and finishing chances— which will reward them in being the best they can at the game. With over 14 years of club soccer experience, 5 of those being in the Olympic Development Program, my goal is to build up each player by helping them think, learn, and lead individually; hone in their athleticism, and to encourage a fearless attitude to face adversity.

Lindel is a dedicated pickleball coach and a 4.5-rated player who brings four years of playing experience and two years of coaching to the court. As a former college track and field athlete, he understands the importance of agility, focus, and endurance, skills he applies to his pickleball instruction. Lindel is committed to helping players improve, whether they're new to the game or aiming to elevate their competitive edge.

With a lifelong sports background, Caden has over eight years of pickleball expertise, paired with competitive experience and a deep understanding of the game’s nuances. Having also played collegiate golf, he knows the dedication and strategy required to excel in sports. He’s eager to share his wealth of knowledge, whether you're looking to master the basics or refine advanced techniques, making each lesson both informative and fun.

Michelle started playing here at Courtside and fell in love with the sport. Starting as a beginner and now competing in tournaments, she hopes to spread the passion for Pickleball in Fort Worth, TX. Finding a competitive niche that people can play long-term has become a corner stone for her and the community she is building locally.

With over 5 years of competitive experience, including national tournaments, I've honed my skills through dedicated training with professional coaches. Now, I'm here to share my expertise with you.
