With over 13 years of volleyball instruction, I foster a fun yet disciplined environment, refining skills and building confidence. My experience helps players achieve their full potential on and off the court.

Golf has been my passion since childhood, and I've dedicated my life to sharing that love with others. I've coached high school teams, taught my own children, and helped countless individuals discover the joy of golf. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing my clients progress and achieve their goals on the course.

Greetings! I'm Tyler Boer, a dedicated Teaching Professional at RIIM Golf Academy & Driving Range situated in vibrant San Antonio, Texas. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from Towson University, my journey in golf has been a multifaceted adventure. With over five years of experience in club building and fitting, coupled with three years spent at golf courses focusing on healthy living and swing mechanics, I've cultivated a holistic understanding of the sport. Golf isn't just a game to me it's a passion that encompasses every aspect of my life. One of my greatest joys is witnessing my students conquer challenges and make strides in their game. It reaffirms my belief in the transformative power of golf. Beyond the physical aspects, I'm deeply invested in fostering a community around the sport, believing it to be a unique avenue for camaraderie and personal growth. Fortunately, I have the opportunity to immerse myself in golf weekly, meeting a diverse array of players and sharing my knowledge on swing mechanics and the finer points of the game. I first took up golf because of my uncle, who was an avid golfer. He would occasionally take my father and I to the driving range. I really did not understand the game then. But, as I got older, I started seeing golf as more than a sport. First, I enjoyed being outdoors and I got to make new friends. But, more importantly, it taught me a lot about myself as well as some important things in life. Such as, it taught me about honesty, integrity, sportsmanship and of course a lot about my inner self. As a matter of fact, I fell in love with the game. So much so, that I became a golf professional and now an instructor. I love to help others and what a better way then by teaching the game that I have fallen in love with to new golfers. I am the best because of my personality and my mentality. I always believe that you can accomplish anything. As a golf instructor, I am going to help a new golfer by applying the knowledge and skills that have made me the best. I will show them everything that this beautiful sport has to offer. But more importantly, I will stay engaged with my students. Whether it’s through clinics, playing a round of golf with them or just practicing with them. I will do all I can to insure that they fall in love with golf. The experience from my lessons will be exciting and will be filled with fun and laughter. Of course, there will be goals expected from the student, but those goals will no way be intimidating. The main goal is to supply my students with the tools necessary for them to make golf a part of their life. Such as I did. But, golf has become more than just a part of my life. It’s become a passion.

I grew up playing tennis/ping pong and love most all racquet sports so naturally I fell in love with Pickleball. I have played competitively for the past 3 years and play at the 5.0+ level. I have put many hours into analyzing the sport and adapting as it evolves everyday. I have a ton of knowledge and I would love to share it with you! I have been playing tennis competitively for as long as I can remember. As a junior, I was ranked as high as the top 10 in my age division in the state and the top 100 in the country. I just finished my college career playing Division 1 tennis at the University of the Incarnate Word. Tennis runs in my family, with my parents having played Division 1 tennis—my dad at OU and my mom at USTA.
