With over 10 years of tennis instruction and collegiate playing experience, I cultivate skills with personalized coaching. I foster a supportive environment where technique meets strategy, enabling players to elevate their game and passion for tennis.

Currently the HS safeties coach for the 5A State Champion Smithson Valley Rangers. Expertise on defense allows me to work with the offense as well. We will work on gaining elite skills while also becoming a high IQ football player. I can put you in the mind of the defender and help you on both sides of the ball. I also coach baseball for Smithson Valley HS. I am available for baseball lessons as well. Lessons for any position defensively along with hitting and base running, it will be your preference.

As captain and linebacker for the Yale football team in 2016, I know what it takes to compete—and succeed—at the highest level. With over 8 years of coaching experience, I specialize in developing elite, well-rounded football players. My focus goes beyond the field: I help young athletes sharpen their skills with top-tier drills and coaching, excel in the classroom, and navigate the college recruitment process with confidence. I’ve played volleyball since middle school and i’ve been through many different coaches and techniques and i’ve always learned what’s best for me and had a coach that helped me through a lot. I want to be that for someone who is just starting their journey. I’ve loved volleyball since 6th grade and I didn’t start very good, but I had persistence and I accomplished many goals and I did get very good at volleyball. It did take a lot of determination, but what I know is most important is not just the training , but the mentality. If I was allowed to be a coach, I would teach my players that as their coach not only am I here to grow as a player but as a person. If I were to coach a young group. I would start by teaching them building your skills it’s important, but so is messing up, messing up is what makes us who we are and teaches us to not beat ourselves up over a mistake in a sport we feel passionate about. I’ve learned many techniques. I was an outside hitter, but I also did play as a DS therefore, I know to teach diving the correct way, 3-step approaches, 4-step approaches, the correct way to swing at a ball, timing, reading a hitter, etc. I do think it’s important to incorporate it into gameplay after learning, if you didn’t I feel it’s harder to learn without.
