I was an all-state high school golfer working carts at La Cantera. I then went to college, where I played golf and graduated with honors in sports management. After college, I got hired as an assistant golf pro, giving lessons and playing on the mini-tour simultaneously. I later relocated to my hometown of San Antonio to work at Golf Galaxy. After four years, I worked my way up to management and became a master club fitter, training and fitting for golf clubs. My journey in golf has equipped me with a deep understanding of the game, and I’m passionate about helping others improve their skills and enjoy this wonderful sport.

Living steps from the course, I honed my skills daily, achieving a 12 handicap at 15 on the challenging South Course. As a freshman, I earned a spot on my high school varsity golf team and later served as captain, benefiting from top-tier lessons with the head golf pro. My deep understanding of swing mechanics, combined with a keen eye for spotting and correcting errors, allows me to guide golfers of all levels.
