I first took up golf because of my uncle, who was an avid golfer. He would occasionally take my father and I to the driving range. I really did not understand the game then. But, as I got older, I started seeing golf as more than a sport. First, I enjoyed being outdoors and I got to make new friends. But, more importantly, it taught me a lot about myself as well as some important things in life. Such as, it taught me about honesty, integrity, sportsmanship and of course a lot about my inner self. As a matter of fact, I fell in love with the game. So much so, that I became a golf professional and now an instructor. I love to help others and what a better way then by teaching the game that I have fallen in love with to new golfers. I am the best because of my personality and my mentality. I always believe that you can accomplish anything. As a golf instructor, I am going to help a new golfer by applying the knowledge and skills that have made me the best. I will show them everything that this beautiful sport has to offer. But more importantly, I will stay engaged with my students. Whether it’s through clinics, playing a round of golf with them or just practicing with them. I will do all I can to insure that they fall in love with golf. The experience from my lessons will be exciting and will be filled with fun and laughter. Of course, there will be goals expected from the student, but those goals will no way be intimidating. The main goal is to supply my students with the tools necessary for them to make golf a part of their life. Such as I did. But, golf has become more than just a part of my life. It’s become a passion.

With 25 years of golfing experience, I’ve coached players currently competing on the PGA and LIV tours and even caddied on tour. I hold seven course records, having shot 58 twice and 59 twice, and I’m currently a +4.3 on the USGA GHIN. My extensive background in the game fuels my passion for teaching and helping others reach their potential!

Golf has been my passion since I was three years old, growing up immersed in the sport. I honed my skills playing at the collegiate level for both Kansas State and Sam Houston State universities. Today, I continue to pursue my love for golf professionally, competing in local and regional events, striving to excel and grow in this game that has shaped so much of my life.

I have been playing tennis competitively for as long as I can remember. As a junior, I was ranked as high as the top 10 in my age division in the state and the top 100 in the country. I just finished my college career playing Division 1 tennis at the University of the Incarnate Word. Tennis runs in my family, with my parents having played Division 1 tennis—my dad at OU and my mom at USTA.
