Like many others, I discovered pickleball during the Covid lockdowns as a fun pastime. What began as a casual hobby quickly transformed into a serious pursuit over the past year, culminating in my establishment as a professional-level pickleball player. Now, I am eager to spread my love and expertise for this exciting sport, sharing insights and techniques with fellow enthusiasts and aspiring players alike.

Hi, I'm Jeff Lee. I'm one of the owners and coaches here at Pickleland. I've been hooked on the game for about two years now and have had the pleasure of coaching players from beginner to seasoned levels. My sessions focus on having fun while learning the ins and outs of the sport. Whether you're looking to refine your game or just want a great workout while learning something new, I'm here to help you improve. I am dedicated to empowering busy professionals to achieve fitness success when other methods fall short. I've been at the forefront of fitness innovation with over 25 fitness certifications and specialized knowledge in biomechanics and behavior change psychology. Since 2015, I've served as the Director of Exercise Science at Ergatta, a Tier X Coach at Equinox in Manhattan, and a Master Instructor for the Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI), impacting over 4,500 coaches worldwide. Additionally, I've contributed as an Assistant Coach at StrongFirst Kettlebell certifications.
