I established my tennis career in 1996 competing through high school and two years on the collegiate level for the University of the District of Columbia. During that time period I traveled to the United States Tennis Association National event as well as the American Tennis Association National event. In 1997 I was a finalist in many local tournaments and statewide. I carried my championship spirit through 1998 quickly climbing the state of Maryland local ranking system. In 1999 my doubles partner and I finished in 2nd place at the ATA National event. Talking about excited!

With over five decades immersed in swimming, I foster a fun and supportive learning environment. I began playing tennis before I could walk. By age 11 I competed year-round in the Texas Junior Circuit. From age 9 to 13 I was coached by the greats John Wilkerson and Edgar Arnold and was on track to begin competing nationally by age 14. I have competed in tennis, football, and baseball at the collegiate, and professional levels for the majority of my life.

Anthony Rowland Has Been in the Professional Health and Fitness Field For Over 8 years. He is a Lifelong Martial Artist and Self Defense Instructor Who After Graduating With a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Went On to Attain Certifications for Personal Training Through the NCCPT. “Becoming the BEST Version of Yourself.
