With over fifteen years of dedicated experience playing the game, I bring a comprehensive understanding of golf to the professional career.I currently hold a bachelor's of science and golf management, which provides a strong foundation in the business operations and administration of golf facilities. I currently am expanding my expertise by pursuing a master's in golf teaching and learning.Focusing on the science behind the golf swing and structural strategies and player development.This dual background allows me extensive practical experience and equips me with the skills to effectively manage.Golf programs perform high level instruction and help players of all skill levels improve their performance.

My name is Bill Barrett and I consider myself to be one of the luckiest people in the world! I have been playing golf since I was 5 years old. I had very successful amateur and collegiate careers before declaring professional status in 1981. I have enjoyed playing and teaching the game for over 47 years. My father, Boyd Barrett, taught golf for 50 years. My sister, Sharon Barrett, played on the LPGA Tour for 18 years and was a winner on the Tour. Following her retirement from the LPGA tour, Sharon taught golf for 13 years. I have been teaching golf for over 31 years. This gives me a firm understanding of what works and doesn’t work for my clients. Golf technology may change over the years; however, the basic fundamentals are key. Two components in a lesson is to keep it simple and make sure the person is having fun. I don’t know too many golf families that have more than 100 years of experience playing and teaching the game. I welcome an opportunity to make you a better player.

I'm truly passionate about golf – sometimes even a little obsessed! – and I love sharing that passion by helping others improve their game. I've always enjoyed giving tips to my friends, and recently helped my friend Tobias with a full lesson that made a real difference in his game. With a 6 handicap and years of experience playing varsity golf in high school, I have a solid understanding of the game and a patient approach to teaching.
