"On my first day with Byron, from my start of a few warm up swings and not being able to hit the ball consistently and minimal control, within the first 30 minutes of guidance on grip, stance, swing, and encouragement, I was able to swing better, get the ball in the air more frequently and relatively in the right direction. Byron is patient and provides feedback throughout, along with tips and guidance to take a break in between swings if some shots aren’t great or need to try a different club then go back to the one I was having some difficulty with. "I’ve asked Jay regarding one review that’s gotten 1 star rating… Not to badmouth anyone here, but it’s very misleading to just hear one side of the story so I’m putting down a review so you guys can decide. What Jay told me happened was that this particular student told through the app that she never needed equipments. So then, of course Jay or any instructor will come empty handed. Then first thing she told him was “I don’t have any clubs” and that’s how their lesson started off. After one hour, she told him how willing she was to take two instead of one lesson a week so she can develop faster. So Jay planned her curriculum accordingly. But at the end, she didn’t explain her text thoroughly regarding getting lessons and he ended up preparing as if he would see her. And then the rest happened. My personal experience with jay is just like the rest of the people here. Absolutely amazing of a coach!
