I'm an avid pickleball enthusiast, playing regularly about twice a week. While I primarily focus on singles play, I also enjoy the world of doubles. What sets me apart is my advocacy for playing pickleball with disabilities, as I personally use a prosthetic device. My mission is to teach pickleball in a loving and accepting way, demonstrating that this sport can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of their condition. As a former collegiate athlete, I bring a strong competitive mindset and over three years of coaching experience to every lesson. I’ve been playing pickleball for five years and now compete at a high, professional level. I was the pro of lifetime fitness in Boca Raton, FL, I help assist in La Mesita, and I worked at a country club as a professional coach for juniors. As President of the SDSU Pickleball Team, I plan, organize, and lead all club operations. My passion for pickleball is contagious, and I focus on making every session both effective and enjoyable. I’m excited to help you elevate your game and reach your full potential.

David "Mac" is a pickleball teaching professional certified by the IPTPA. He is a student of the game and has an ability to see quickly those areas that will help move a player to the next level. He is a National Champion in both singles and doubles. Mac is a former head tennis teaching professional, college coach and Junior Davis Cup coach. He has developed a number of division I college players, including a state HS singles champion. Several of his former students went on to become teaching professionals as well. The Quincy Tennis Association awards a junior player with the “Dave McDowell Sportsmanship Award” annually since 1990. Mac was ranked #1 in the district in singles in his age group.

Pickleball has been my passion for almost 2 years, and I'm a certified PPR coach skilled at connecting and motivating people. My goal is to share my pickleball journey, help others improve, and contribute to the sport's growth. "I worked with Tony in the corporate world for nearly 20 yrs and I knew he was an avid pickleball player who had won several tournaments. However, I had no idea he was also an accomplished teaching professional. Having come from an All-American Honors tennis background, I learned that he had extensive coaching experience with tennis and has been now teaching pickleball. I've taken a few lessons when I am in the area and the experiences have been a ton of fun. He definitely knows his stuff, although I'm not sure if I am going to ever be good enough to give him a challenge on the court.
