Additionally, I have spent over ten years in secondary and post-secondary academic education. This unique combination of training and experience has given me great insight into how humans learn and develop new skills at various stages of life. My innovative training methodology is designed to prevent the formation of bad habits and improper muscle memory during the crucial stroke acquisition phase. Recovering from a life-altering car crash and a host of sports injuries has given me a new perspective on life and coaching.
